- 2 cups of raw, organic corn
- 1 cup of coconut water (I recommend Taste Nirvana but any coconut water is fine)
- Pinch of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of cilantro (for garnish)
Add all ingredients except for the cilantro to a high speed food processor. Blend until all ingredients are mixed and the consistency is smooth. Move completed soup to a bowl and microwave or heat on the stove (raw vegans can refrain from heating). I usually make it for work so I add it directly into a container as seen in the photo above.Garnish completed soup with cilantro and enjoy!
